The Danish Ministry of Defence Huntingcommittees approved logo created by the Danish/Faroese artist Lasse Soerensen in 1997. At the outer end a silver garland of pearls from the Danish river pearl oyster, next the red belt of the Ministry of Defence, where the posts designation is carved out and the words are being separated by acorns. On the forestgreen background of the center is the crown of the Ministry of Defence placed on top of the conventionalised skull of a roebuck. The roebuck has been chosen as the representative of the game on the areas belonging to the Defence as it is the most extended of the larger game here.
